PROJECTS
2022
The project concerns the redevelopment of a small apartment near the historic center of Sesto Fiorentino, full of memories of the property that grew up there.
2022
Following the discussion with the Client on how to live in the house, the two design ideas we present arise.
2020
A building positioned within an elegant courtyard of a nineteenth-century building overlooking one of the ring road of Florence, was once assumed to be used as a carriage house or in any case at the service of the aforementioned building.
2020
The project stems from the customer's need to create a building suitable for containing, an exhibition space and a space dedicated to offices connected to each other but at the same time independent and located adjacent to the factory.
2019
The project called MOWMA, Museum of World Mosaics Art, refers to a concept project for the Chinese company “White Rabbit”, located in Zhuhai, which produces mosaics as coatings for Architecture, exporting them all over the world, which wishes to create a new directional-exhibition space for its products.
2018
I have been visiting the town for several years now and mentally I get lost in its intricate alleyways full of crevices, ravines, small-large details that are forges of ideas... that move thoughts beyond the thick walls that make up the urban fabric of this small village "independent" from everything and everyone.
2015
The project focused on the recovery and new design of the two bathrooms. The main one, with a more elegant design, where the white and blue tones that form the wall decorations are highlighted. The service bathroom, simpler but no less refined in terms of color scheme.
2014
The project consists in reviving an apartment from the late 80s where the living area was fragmented both by the closet and the kitchenette without interruption. The needs of the young couple of Clients are to have a comfortable living area well separated from the sleeping area suitable for hosting friends for dinners and parties.
2014
The project consists in giving a touch of modernity to a civil house still divided with the classic 60s scheme where the corridor was used to distribute the rooms.
2013
the Knit Factory G will have to evoke the craftsmanship of the product but, at the same time, it will have to be current with a strong media impact. Hence the design idea that is based on three main concepts: use of natural materials, transparency, important support surfaces that can serve both for representation and work.
2011
The project includes the study of an exhibition volume that contains various functions, from showrooms to conference rooms and offices.
The area's architectural language is morphologically inspired by the diamond and the idea is to design a project that creates a dynamic space, but also breaks the static configuration of the adjacent buildings.
2011
A prestigious intervention in the heart of Versilia, a
magical place to embrace with a single glance
the entire Tuscan coast that goes as far as Marina di
Carrara to stop in Portovenere
2010
The multipurpose building is located in Pudong (Shanghai), in a rectangular lot with four glass towers - which house a hotel, shopping centers and services - and twenty buildings designed to become offices
2010
The intervention area is located in a residential area where three distinct building typologies interact: one purely of buildings of historical/architectural value, one with a typology of terraced houses from the end of the 19th century and the other of residential buildings from the 60s /70.
2008
The building is located in Hangzhou's landscape, a Chinese city situated south of Shanghai. The goal was not to create three skyscrapers, but a new urban landmark.
2008
The client wanted a new image with respect to the approved project, therefore decided to launch a competition by invitation for a new study of the interior spaces with a change of use into offices and hospitality spaces, for this we started from a critical analysis of the existing project going to redefine a new guideline aimed at creating an interconnection between the various environments so as to redefine their main functions.
2007
The studio was asked to participate in a competition for ideas for the construction of a residential village for the new generation of "rich" Russians. The project is based on the use of natural materials (wood and terracotta: natural, enamelled, colored in paste) and technical features aimed at saving energy (ventilated roofs and walls, solar panels).
2007
The project consists in reviving a late 60s apartment conceived with the classic entrance-corridor onto which the individual rooms overlooked. The needs of the young couple of Clients are to have a comfortable living area well separated from the sleeping area for personal reasons of the owner.
2007
The Client asks us to obtain a second bathroom from the only existing one. Given the new dimensions of these, it was decided to create all the tops to measure and cover them in glass mosaic so as to let natural light "run" on the surfaces as much as possible.
2007
Santa Reparata is the ancient cathedral of Florence on whose site Santa Maria del Fiore was erected starting in 1296. Thanks to an excavation campaign that began in 1966 and culminated between 1971 and 1972, it was possible to reconstruct the plan of the building and to make some interesting finds.
2005
The research on the tower located in the centre of St. Petersburg is based on the planimetric development of two rectangular shapes, translated and angled to form two simple and flexible volumes in the indoor functional distribution.
2004
The project concerns the recovery of the S.I.P.E. (Società Italiana Prodotti Explodenti) closed immediately after the First World War due to the policy of the then municipal council of Forte dei Marmi who wanted to privilege (fortunately) tourism over the production of war products.
